🎃🐾 Five Halloween tips from All Wags Welcome! 🐾🎃

🪮 1. Brush away the tangles
Keep up gentle, regular brushing, especially behind the ears, under the legs and around the collar. Ask your groomer for help with stubborn mats, don’t pull or cut them out yourself.

2. Prepare for fireworks early
Play firework sounds on YouTube very quietly during short sessions with treats or play. Only increase the volume gradually while your dog stays relaxed. Stop if they seem worried. If they already fear fireworks, speak to your vet before starting.

3. Make a cosy hideaway
Set up a quiet space with their favourite bed and toys, close the curtains and put on gentle background music. Let them hide if they choose, and offer comfort if they want it.

4. Keep human treats out of reach
Chocolate, sweets containing xylitol and sweet wrappers can be dangerous. Keep the trick-or-treat bowl safely tucked away and offer dog-friendly treats instead!

5. Keep dressing up comfortable
Only use a costume if your dog is happy wearing it. It should allow them to move, see, breathe and toilet freely. Supervise them and remove it if they look uncomfortable, a festive photo without a costume is lovely too

What a weekend for beautiful Tammy in Maastricht show

At her first,second and third show, she won Best Bitch, Best Veteran and Best of Breed. She looks wonderful in the ring, and we’re so pleased with the groom we did for her to make sure she looked her best for the occasion.
