Local Tradespeople Wanted – Sleaford Vets Renovation

We are preparing to renovate parts of the Sleaford Vets premises and would like to hear from reliable local tradespeople interested in quoting for the work.

The project is expected to include:

- Wallpaper removal and wall preparation
- Re-skimming where required
- Painting and decorating
- Removal and replacement of radiators
- Associated refurbishment and finishing work

The attached images show the current hallway and an indicative concept of the finish we are aiming to achieve. We are happy to hear from individual tradespeople or contractors able to complete several elements of the project. Commercial experience, appropriate insurance and references are required.

Please send us a private message or email us at: "[email protected]" with your contact details, trade, availability and examples of previous work.

Further plans, specifications and site details will then be provided directly. Please feel free to tag or share with any suitable local tradespeople.

🍂 A quick autumn health check for Sleaford's pets
As the weather begins to change, it is worth spending five minutes checking your pet at home:

• Run your hands gently over their body for any new lumps or tender areas
• Check between their toes for grass seeds, soreness or small wounds
• Look for scratching, redness or signs of fleas
• Notice whether their appetite, thirst, weight or energy has changed
• Check that vaccinations and parasite protection are up to date
Small changes are often easier to assess when noticed early.

What is the one thing your pet seems to love most about autumn—cooler walks, muddy puddles or staying indoors?

We had an unusual visitor in on Tuesday! 🦉😍

This beautiful owl paid us a visit before being handed over to Wild Things Rescue for care, ahead of his release back into the wild 💜

Veterinary can be equally brilliant but also very difficult, so the days Alexa doesn’t work thank god we have Kaan and her musical talents. 🎶
Enjoy the laugh at Kaan’s expense 😂
