🐾 Meet Trisha! 🐾

Trisha is one of the newest additions to the Medivet Quarrington team and has already become a valued member of our nursing team.

She has a particular interest in dental care and especially enjoys performing scale and polish procedures, helping to improve our patients’ oral health and overall wellbeing. 🦷🐾

Outside of work, Trisha enjoys staying active with regular gym sessions and spending time with her much-loved kitten, Lime, who is always keeping her on her toes! 🐱

Today we’re introducing Amber, one of our Registered Veterinary Nurses!

Amber graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2026 and joined us as a qualified Veterinary Nurse.

She has a particular interest in socialisation clinics and diagnostics, enjoying the opportunity to help pets develop positive experiences while supporting their ongoing healthcare needs. Amber is passionate about providing high-quality patient care and building strong relationships with both pets and their owners. 🐾

Outside of work, Amber enjoys keeping active and can often be found at the gym! 💪

🐾 Meet Lauren! 🐾

Continuing our introductions to the Medivet Quarrington team, today we’re introducing Lauren, one of our Registered Veterinary Nurses!

Lauren joined us in 2020 as a Patient Care Assistant before beginning her veterinary nurse training in 2021. She qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in mid-2024 and has continued to grow her skills within the practice.

Lauren particularly enjoys diagnostic imaging and theatre, and before joining us, she spent a year in Australia working with horses! 🇦🇺🐴

Outside of work, Lauren is kept busy by her adorable little dog, Indie 🐶, and her ginger cat, George 🐱.

To start off the team introductions we will be introducing you to our nursing team.

First is Kate, our Head Veterinary Nurse!

Kate first joined the Medivet Quarrington team for work experience in 2019, and graduated from Nottingham Trent university in 2022 and harper Adams university in 2023. She has since progressed within the practice to become our Head Veterinary Nurse.

She is passionate about supporting both her team and our patients, helping to ensure that every pet receives the highest standard of care.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time at her family farm with their two energetic Jack Russell puppies and loves heading to concerts with friends whenever she gets the chance!

We’re lucky to have had Kate as part of the Quarrington team for so many years! 🐾

Bramley came in today for X-rays to see why he had been experiencing some lameness.

X-rays are an important diagnostic tool that help our vets look beneath the surface to investigate pain, injuries and a wide range of health conditions, allowing us to create the best treatment plan for each patient.

Having a separate space away from dogs helps create a calmer, less stressful experience for our feline patients, making visits to the vets that little bit easier. 💚
