⚪️💕 MEET PINKY 💕⚪️

Little Pinky came for her primary health check, rabies vaccination and microchip. She is absolutely beautiful and we can’t wait to see her again 🐾

Just a reminder that the PETS Passport scheme has been abolished in the UK following BREXIT and an Animal Health Certificate (AHC) is now needed in order to travel to Europe with your pet.

Please contact us to prepare your pet for this (ID chip and rabies vaccination); we can then recommend a local OV to contact to obtain the AHC documentation.

Please leave enough time to prepare for this...ideally 3 months or more! And don't book your flights until you have everything lined up for your pet! 🐾

They are pretty chill at home too, they have grown up with a German pointer in the house 🧡

Little Narla melted our hearts 💕 she was super brave for her 2nd vaccination, means she can now go out and explore and try to burn off some of her energy!

🐾 The RSPCA have now withdrawn funding to support veterinary practices with providing initial emergency treatment (IET) for unowned animals, putting us under further pressure 🐾

As a practice, we are still keen to assist where possible & will provide basic first aid to animals requiring emergency care, in line with our RCVS regulations.

Emergency assessment would be advised for animals presenting with

🩸 Uncontrollable bleeding
‼️ Continued seizures
🦴 Broken bones
🌬️ Respiratory difficulties
💉 Anaphylaxis
🚙 Road traffic accidents

Unfortunately, as a small, independent practice with limited resources, we simply cannot fund ongoing or non-urgent care for animals, whether owned or not, but will always try to help guide you onwards towards further support.

Please be aware that if you wish to receive medical care outside of this, standard treatment charges will apply.

Please contact us in the event of an emergency so that we can prepare for your arrival amidst the normal workings of the practice. We are not able to accommodate emergencies overnight.

Thank you for understanding and for working alongside us to help as many animals as possible.

We had the pleasure of meeting Onxy today for his vaccinations.
Safe to say he had us all cooing over him!

He definitely will be too big for his owner to carry in on his next visit 💙 🐾
