📸 Strike a pose, Marley! 🐾💛

Meet Marley, our gorgeous 12-week-old Golden Labrador puppy, who is already a little superstar in front of the camera! 😍

Marley came in to see us for his second vaccination, helping protect him against some of the nasty diseases he could encounter out in the big, wide doggy world. 🌎🐶

We think he’s already mastered the art of looking adorable, and we can’t wait to see him again and watch him grow into the handsome boy he’s destined to be! 🥰

Keep posing, Marley! 📷💛

🐦 A tiny patient with a big journey! 💚

We recently had a very special little visitor at the practice — a rescued Goldcrest, the UK and Europe’s smallest bird! 🐤

This tiny bird had become tangled in some thin thread around his foot, which was also caught up against his wing, leaving him unable to fly. Thankfully, he was brought in for help, and we were able to get him untangled and on the road to recovery.

Once he was safely sorted, he went on to Columbines Wildlife Rescue to continue his rehabilitation before being released back into the area where he was originally found. 🌿

We’re so pleased this little bird got the care he needed and has the chance to return to the wild where he belongs.💚

🐱💚 We’re proud to have maintained our Silver Cat Friendly Clinic Award! 🥈🐾

We’re delighted to share that Swaleside Vets has maintained its Silver Cat Friendly Clinic accreditation! 🎉

But what does this mean for our feline friends? 🐈

The award recognises our commitment to providing a cat-friendly environment, with a focus on reducing stress, understanding feline behaviour and making veterinary visits as comfortable and positive as possible.

From gentle handling and a calm approach to considering the little things that can make a big difference to our feline patients, we’re always looking for ways to help our cats feel safe, secure and welcome. 💕🐾

We know that a trip to the vets can sometimes be a little daunting for our feline visitors (and their humans!), so we’re super proud to continue meeting these standards and providing the best possible experience for our cats.

A huge thank you to our wonderful team for their continued dedication to our feline patients. 🐱💚

🎾🐾 Meet Nala, our VIP ball-catching superstar! 🐾🎾

Lovely Nala popped in to collect her anti-parasite treatment and, of course, brought along her favourite ball! We couldn’t resist a little game of catch, and we think her ball skills deserve a slow-mo replay! 😍🎥 We hope you enjoy watching it as much as we enjoyed playing with her.

At Swaleside Vets, we’re always happy to help make your pet’s visit a positive experience. Whether it’s a few tasty treats, a bit of playtime or a scratch behind the ear, we’ll do whatever it takes to make those tails wag! ❤️

Nala’s owners take her professional ball-catching skills very seriously, making sure she stays in tip-top condition! 🏆🐶 That’s where our VIP Plan comes in, helping Nala stay happy and healthy with benefits including:

✨ Year-round flea and worm treatment
✨ 10% off surgeries, consultations and medications
✨ Regular health checks and much more!

A happy, healthy Nala means more time doing what she loves best… chasing that ball! 🎾💕
