🐾 Zoomies: The Scientific Name Is... Happiness? 😄

Those sudden bursts of running around the house or garden at top speed are affectionately known as "the zoomies!"

In many cases, they're a completely normal way for dogs (and even cats!) to burn off excitement or energy.

Just make sure they have a safe space to let loose without slippery floors or obstacles.

Watching the zoomies is one of life's simple joys... until they skid across the kitchen! 😂
