Pet First Aid ✅
It’s so important to me to be first aid trained and I complete this training every couple of years to refresh my memory and skills. They’re skills you hope you’ll never need but you’re glad you have them if you do!
A fantastic course, very informative and definitely a course for everyone who owns or works with dogs!
Bluebell Pet Care + First Aid was brilliant, would highly recommend!

We had a lovely walk yesterday. This lady can often make it very clear when she doesn’t want to go a particular way! We spent lots of time sniffing, ambling and just seeing where we ended up. This lady also comes to trailing sessions and is a rescue with a complicated history. Trailing has seen her grow in confidence and she is a girl who loves following her nose! Novelty and items that are quite loud can be quite scary to this little lady, but she loves her walks and trailing is seeing her become more adaptable, in a slow, gentle way that is completely at her own pace.

I’m back after a fantastic fortnight off! We explored beaches, went for lovely walks in the Welsh hills and altogether had a lovely time.

I’m ready to come back and do some trailing and walking with your pups 🐶 it’s a bit cooler now so the perfect time to come back to trailing if you haven’t trailed in a while or if you fancy starting a new hobby with your dog!

Some of the wonderful dogs from last week! With these guys and Sunday’s trailing, it was a fabulous week before my holiday.
I am now on leave for two weeks!

Summer was tough for us dog professionals and I think the break is much-needed to recalibrate and re-energise.
I’ll see you when you get back and in the mean time, feel free to book onto October trailing sessions - there are still some spaces! 🐶💓

What a lovely session to start a Sunday morning. The sun was shining and it was the perfect day to trail!

Team Jasper started us off. He was amazing and handled an off lead dog distraction exceptionally well. Team Jasper as beginning to slow down to add a bit more thinking time into their trails which is lovely to see. Jasper handled open spaces like a pro, navigating past his back tracks and loops with the team gaining much more independence this week.

Team Dora were newbies but you wouldn’t have known! Dora was a natural and found her lost person immediately, with little deviation. Brilliant! She even progressed onto a pet trail on session 1! There were lots of new noises for her adapt to but she kept trailing regardless of cricket noise and people noise. A really clever girl, well done 👏🏼

Team Billy also did fantastically as ever. It’s lovely to see Billy growing in confidence with new challenges on every trail. He tackled open spaces and even had two runners on his trail, so he had to work out which one was the correct person to find - which he did with no difficulty at all. Really great to see!

I’m not off for a fortnight 😮 but this was the most perfect Sunday before my time off! There are still spaces in October if you want to join us for a trail!

I can’t believe I forgot to write this post!
But the other day I received a text from this chap’s owner saying how well he managed to walk past several other dogs on a dog walk! This is major for this little man and I’m so proud of him and the work his owner has been putting in. Well done 👏🏼

How brilliant is this boy?! Instead of barking and fixating on the other dog, he refocused to find his lost person (helped by some squeezy cheese)! Fantastic achievements trailing.

This pair have been trailing since Flint was just 5 months old. Now he’s in the throes of adolescence and trailing is helping him make some excellent choices.

Come along and trail - we still have spaces for this Sunday!

With the summer heat on its way out we’re looking towards those cooler months. Now is the perfect time to start something new with your dog!

We still have spaces on all these sessions and it’d be lovely to have you along to join us. Whether you have trailed before and want to get back into it, you regularly trail with me or you are a complete beginner. All are welcome!

Dogs will be follow the scent to find a ‘lost’ dog or person. This is perfect for older dogs, those with arthritis or injuries who might need something to occupy their minds, working dogs, dogs who just like sniffing.. even if your dog isn’t the ‘typical breed’ (mine is a chihuahua x cavalier mix!) all are welcome.
