Stables Saddlery is family run equestrian shop based in Shropshire, providing years of equine experience from all areas and quality service to cater to your equestrian needs. We offer a Rug Washing & Repair Service with all work carried out on our premises.

-Rug Washing & Reproofing
-Repair work from £5 *(Rugs must be washed first before we carry out repair work or quote rep

air work. This is due to Health & Safety).
-Drop off anytime
-We book in with wash & proofs paid when dropping off
-Repairs paid for on collection
-Quick turn around but this can vary*

Blade Re-sharpening
-We offer clipper blade re-sharpening £10.50 per set
-Turn around can 2 weeks
-Simply drop off, we book in
-Payment on collection

Hat Fitting Service Is Back On as of 29/03/21
-We offer a hat fitting service everyday we are open
-Simply turn up
-Hat fittings can take anything from 10minutes to 60 minutes. We do not rush the process and are willing to try on all the hats until we find one that fits. If we cannot fit a hat to a customer, we will advise an alternative.

Please note we are not accepting rugs for washing or repair today, Saturday 5th September.

We have been in undated with rugs this week, thank you all so much.
But we need a weekend to catch up with bagging up and repair work on those that are washed.

Next week, I will let everyone know when we are accepting them again.

‼️Update - 3pm

We are remaining closed until tomorrow, Friday 4th.

Fire is out and being monitored by a fire crew. With still a presence of a fire engine and pipes by both the Saddlery and Nixons, we are remaining shut for the rest of the day.

So sorry for closer today folks. Main thing is no one was hurt and no animals were injured or worse.

We will be back open from 9am tomorrow.

‼️Update - Still Closed

Fire fighters are still on the premise making sure the fire is contained.

Due to the fire trucks being right next to the Saddlery and Nixons, it is unsafe to open, but also, we cannot be getting in their way.

The fire is in a shed just up the walk way from the shop. Luckily and to quick thinking, the cows were released out of harms way.

Sorry for inconvenience caused today.

Unfortunately due to a farm fire last night, we cannot open today. Nixons will be closed also.

We will keep everyone updated throughout the day if we can open later on.
