🐾 Important Notice Regarding Cancellations 🐾

I would like to remind all clients of my 48-hour cancellation policy.

As many of you know, my diary is often fully booked, with limited availability and a waiting list of clients hoping to secure walking slots. Unfortunately, I have recently seen a noticeable increase in late cancellations, which has had a significant impact on my business.

When a booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, it is extremely difficult—often impossible—for me to fill that space at short notice. This results in lost income and prevents other clients from accessing appointments that they may have gladly taken.

I completely understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen, and I will always try to be understanding where genuine situations arise. However, as a small business, I cannot continue to absorb the financial impact of repeated late cancellations.

For this reason, moving forward, the 48-hour cancellation policy will be enforced more consistently.

Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled walk may be subject to the full cancellation charge, as outlined in my terms and conditions.

I truly value every one of my clients and appreciate your understanding. Respecting the cancellation policy helps me continue providing a reliable service for all dogs and their owners while keeping my business sustainable.

We met rocky this week, the English Bull Terrier, oh what a beautiful calm boy,
Rocky will be having regular solo walks with muddy paws every week, to then start hopefully with a active group to suit his breed 🐾

OSCAR & LOLA,
I’ll only do this once, huge appreciation to my Oscar & Lola, the double trouble spaniels you see in every image,
Oscar & Lola belong to me, they’ve helped most, if not all of my clients dogs become part of our groups,
I normally use Oscar & Lola as my dummy dogs to test the waters with newer dogs to see which groups they’d be compatible in,
They are absolute champs at this 🙌
All done under observation & mutual ground,

If it wasn’t for these pair, I don’t think i would have half of the lovely groups I have today🐾🩶

ANOTHER PUPPY ALERT!
We had Otis for his first Garden Visit to start his journey with muddy paws today!
What a little stunner he is, Otis will be having garden visits & 1:1 walks with us to build up obedience on lead, calm temperament around other dogs & basic manners🐾
Later on in the year when Otis is bigger, he’ll be able to join our groups, yay!
As pictures show, Otis is already thriving, showing off his ‘middle’ skills 🩶
