Hi, I’m Sophie – the face behind Muddy Paws! 👋💚
A typical 27-year-old whose life revolves around dogs… and I honestly wouldn’t have it any other way.
If you’ve been following my journey for a while, you’ll probably know me as the one who’s always smiling, usually covered in muddy paw prints… and occasionally sporting a dodgy ankle or a sore shoulder! 🤦♀️😂 Safe to say I’m a little accident-prone, but thankfully the dogs are far more coordinated than I am!

My passion has always been helping dogs become happy, confident, and well-mannered companions. There is nothing more rewarding than watching a nervous dog gain confidence, seeing a puppy learn new skills, or receiving photos and messages from happy owners after we’ve worked together.

Every dog that joins Muddy Paws is treated like one of my own. Whether we’re out on an adventure, learning new skills during training, or enjoying some well-deserved fuss and cuddles, their happiness, safety, and wellbeing always come first.
Building Muddy Paws has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Watching my little business grow into what it is today means absolutely everything to me, and it’s all thanks to the incredible support from my wonderful clients and their amazing dogs. Every walk, every training session, every muddy paw print and wagging tail reminds me why I love doing what I do.
