Max and his girls!

Lovely boy Max is now at the stage in his training where he is starting to enjoy off lead freedom around other dogs where we are working on his neutrality and social skills as well as other off lead behaviours like recall, off lead heeling and sit and down stays too!

He is doing SO well and we recently took him out for a walk with Lottie, Nova and Peanut and he was absolutely foot perfect!

Seeing a dog we've worked with since day 1 start to get to enjoy all the freedoms of off lead life with confidence really is something so special and we can't wait to see Max and his owners get to enjoy so much more together

Holistic Hounds dog walking!

We've been having some changes to the Holistic Hounds dog walking structure and we're super excited to say we've now got things up and running smoothly again! We'll be introducing you all to our new team member very soon but for now, we're super excited to say we're putting a big focus on structured pack walks in Arborfield, Wokingham, Bracknell and Reading areas!

What does a structured pack walk look like?
With up to 6 dogs per walk, our team are trained to understand behaviour, body language and socialisation skills to give your dog an opportunity to walk with and socialise in a pack environment safely!

There will be a keen focus on continued training like heel work, recall and basic training skills whilst out on their walks too - making sure your hard work continues whilst out on walks too.

If you're interested in your dog joining one of our pack walks - message a member of the team and we'll be happy to help!

It's always a difficult conversation when we talk about finances but we a firm believers in making sure the services we offer are high quality and allow us to offer you as clients the best possible service we can.

With that being said, we are going to be increasing our prices slightly in order to align with current pricing as well as the cost of living as of the 1st September.

The main changes being made are as follows:
Training Bundle (5 one to one sessions) - £550
Obedience Bundle (6 one to one sessions) - £650
Behaviour Bundle (8 one to one sessions) - £875

Follow up session at Spencer's Wood - £120
Follow up session at other location - £150

We will continue to offer Pay Pal pay in 3 as well as payment plans for clients who need further support as we believe everyone should be able to benefit from high quality training for them and their dog so if finances are an issue for you - please do get in touch and let us find a plan to help you and your dog!

What if missing a training day doesn't undo all your hard work?
What if the messy moments, the setbacks, and the "almosts" are actually where the biggest growth happens?

Perfection is exhausting. It keeps us waiting for the right moment, the perfect plan, or flawless ex*****on before we allow ourselves to feel proud

But dogs don't measure success that way...

They celebrate showing up. They try again after mistakes. They live in the moment without worrying whether they're "good enough."

Maybe we could learn something from them!

So this week, give yourself permission to enjoy the journey. Celebrate the small wins. Laugh at the chaos. Keep showing up
