‼️ INSURANCE NO LONGER NEEDED ‼️

The government has obviously failed to find an alternative provider, insurance will no longer be needed for exempt dogs.

This means that if your dog causes damage to property or injury to a person or dog, you as the owner will be personally liable to pay damages.

There is a new Statutory Instrument being laid before parliament today to remove the requirement for 3rd party liability insurance from the exemption conditions.
