I’ve had a wonderful week off, some much needed time away! 🥰

Not as excited to set my alarm tomorrow, but very much looking forward to seeing all my four legged furry friends 🐶 🐾

I do have to mention, going forward I will be enforcing my cancellation/weather policy - these terms were all in the welcome pack if anyone needs a new copy please let me know and I will drop them around this week.

I have been quite relaxed with not charging for late cancellations and/or hot weather cancellations, but this prolonged heatwave has hit me financially quiet drastically.
I understand the weather is under no one’s control, and I will always offer a early morning/late evening walk (if temps allow) or a house visit (hours will be reduced to 30 mins)
If you’ve booked guaranteed slots these are chargeable whether you choose to use them or not unless 2 weeks notice is given.

I’m sorry to come back with a bit of a moan, but i absolutely love my job but for me to continue it just has to be financially viable for me to do so, if anyone has any questions, concerns or would like to move over to adhoc walks please don’t hesitate to send me a message to arrange something more mutually beneficial.

Would you believe I removed a full black bin back of undercoat from Coco the chow 😳
Although it’s a hard slog physically i absolutely love a good de shed, the satisfaction you get is incredible 🤩
Coco feels a lot lighter and without that compacted undercoat will be much more tolerable of the warmer weather ☀️
I have really limited availability left this week if your looking to book your dog in before next weeks heatwave! 🥵

A little milestone I’m so proud to share! ✨

I’ve officially passed my Level 2 Dog Grooming qualification with a Distinction! 🐾✂️

A huge thank you to all of my wonderful clients who trusted me with their dogs and allowed me to practise and develop my skills throughout my training. Your support, patience, and confidence in me have meant so much.

I’m excited to continue my journey and will be starting my Level 3 qualification in September! Here’s to learning more, improving my skills, and making even more dogs look and feel their best. 🐶❤️

Due to the amber weather warning for heat this week ALL grooms have been cancelled 🛑

Leisure walks will be rescheduled for early morning so I can prioritize drop ins mid day for the dogs that are home alone,
If you are home and could skip a walk/visit all together please let me know ASAP (you ofcourse as always will not be charged for these cancellations)

I haven’t been grooming much recently as the building supplies have taken over my groom room! 🥴 but Millie was in desperate need of a tidy up so I cleared a corner for a little one. I just want to thank everyone that gives me the opportunity to practice and gain experience - it’s not perfect but I’m really proud of this groom and my confidence is growing ❤️ I finish my level 2 at the end of June so will have more availability over the summer. 📔
