Today I finally got my official level 2 diploma qualification through the post 😬
Kinda bittersweet to be happy about this while I’m drowning in the trenches of my level 3 😅
I’m studying my hardest because I want the distinction also for my level 3, shoot for the stars right? ⭐️
Anyone can set up and be a groomer, but I want to be trained, I want to be qualified, I want to be knowledgeable, I want to know what to do in an emergency, I want you to trust that you’ve put your dogs in the care of someone that knows.
Thankyou all for the trust and flexibility in my training, it is invaluable to my degree ❤️

Bit proud of myself seeing this in real life 🥰

One of my OG’s Chester in this morning for a medicated shampoo & a short back and sides ✂️

Tried my best to blend in where the vets had shaved for a recent surgery.

Little Florries first groom with me 🥰 she was abit nervous of the dryer to start but with it turned right down low she ended up lying down and falling asleep while I dried her face! 😴 what a superstar ⭐️
I will be in a position to open up more day time grooming appointments soon so please message if your after one! Reduced rate while I’m completing my level 3 qualification!

Little stink went 2 weeks without a brush due to surgery, look how much undercoat built up during that time 🤣 it’s funny to look at but left longer this could of so easily turned into compact matting! Sooo important to brush your double coated dogs regularly!

Today, Doug attended his ‘Paw-rents’ wedding 💒
I got to be his plus 1!! 🤭
He was, and is such a good boy 🥰
And the little tuxedo absolutely melted me when I seen it! Cannot wait to see the professional photographs!! 📸

Feel so honored to be part of such a special day! Every one I do is still a ‘pinch me’ moment ❤️🫶🏼 🐾

Stinkerbum went in for her xray this morning, and to no one’s surprise we had the confirmation she’s fully torn her other cruciate ligament 🥴
What did surprise me however was the surgeon saying ‘let’s just get the operation done today while she’s already under anesthesia’ 😬
I’m hoping this time round we will all manage abit better as we know what to expect.
Typical, just as her fur has grown back on the initial leg, she’s having the other one shaved 🤣

Same as last time, visits next week may be cut slightly shorter just to ensure I can get back & check on her, also give her meds when they are due etc…

Can’t wait to see her tomorrow & start another long road to recovery, fingers crossed after this she can get back to being the happy, playful, pain free puppy we all know & love ❤️

As many of you know, today was the day we had booked to send Otis off peacefully.
He has proven once again, his time is not up just yet - we’ve spent the week giving him even more love than usual, road trips, muddy adventures any food his little heart desires & a new medication and thankfully he’s bounced right back 🥰
I’m under no illusion we are on borrowed time with my old boy, but for now he’s happy, pain free & enjoying all the comforts in life (as usual) 🤣
Thankyou to everyone that’s checked in ❤️
