🐾 Trent is now on our new booking system! 💚

The move is complete and everything is up and running! 🎉

A huge thank you for your patience while we made the switch last night.

You’ll notice quite a few changes when you next book, including a simpler booking process, easier ways to manage or reschedule your booking, and a much better experience on your phone. 📱🐶

There’s plenty more coming too. This new system gives us the ability to keep improving how everything works and add new features over time.

Most importantly, we want your feedback!

If you book Trent over the next few days, let us know what you think. If you spot anything that doesn’t look quite right, or there’s something you think could be better, please tell us. 👀

And if you love it, you can tell us that too! 😂💚

🐾 A little update for Trent!

Tonight from 9pm, we’ll be moving Trent over to our new booking system. 💚

We’ve now been using the new system at Gains Cross for the past few weeks and it’s been working really well, so it’s time for Trent to join it!

While we make the switch tonight, booking and managing existing bookings may be temporarily unavailable. Everything should be back up and running on the new system shortly afterwards.

If you already have a Trent booking, don’t worry, your booking isn’t going anywhere. 👍

This is another big step in moving Muddy Paws Fields onto the new system, with lots more improvements to come. 🐶🐾

It has taken us a long time to get here (lots of setbacks and moving opening dates along the way), but we are OPEN!

We know we're not perfect, and we know we have a few things to do still (the track leading to the red field will be re-laid soon, and we are dealing with Network Rail to get the rail-side fencing upgraded), but we're here and we couldn't be happier (or more relieved).

We have just dropped off a new picnic bench for the field.
We have removed the old bench which had become unusable so we ask people NOT to move the bench around the field so it does not get damaged. 🐾
