Please please make a note of your appointments I’ve had to turn people away for this week as was fully booked so when you dont show or forget it’s a huge impact on my business, it’s also too late for me to bring someone else in as my appointments are back to back, arriving late puts me behind which impacts everyone.

With this in mind moving forward if this happens three times, I will refuse to continue grooming your dog, this is not how I want my business to be run. 🐶
