I really didn't want to have to do this but unfortunately it's getting beyond a joke the amount of no shows I'm having recently, please take into consideration I am a 1 to 1 dog groomer on my own running my business. This is my only income, I completely understand that sometimes emergency's do happen but as stated in my terms and conditions when booking if you fail to turn up to your appointment or let me know 24hours before your appointment you are classed as a no show and required to pay a £20 no show fee per dog that is booked with me or you will be placed on my refuse to groom list. Thank you.

‼️ I can't even stress enough how serious heat stroke is!!‼️

• do not walk to appointments!
• do not allow your dog to lay out in the sun before appointments
• If your dog is bad with heat let me know before your appointment

A dog can survive having long hair, but a dog can't survive heat stroke, more than often the signs don't show until it's too late. Please be very very careful‼️

Hot weather coming our way guys, please do not walk your dogs to appointments, if your dog isn't very good with the heat please let me know so we can reschedule as over heating in dogs in really really seriously and can be life threatening! ☀️ ❤️
