🐾 Important Notice to Our Lovely Clients 🐾
We’re seeing a significant increase in fleas coming into the salon recently. We know how stressful and frustrating parasite issues can be, and we completely understand that many owners believe over-the-counter products should be enough — but unfortunately, they’re just not effective against the current flea burden we’re seeing.
For the health and comfort of your pets, please make sure their flea and tick prevention is up to date and prescribed by your vet. Veterinary treatments are far more reliable and will keep infestations under control.
✨ A gentle reminder:
If your dog attends a grooming appointment and is found to have fleas, we will have to stop the groom and send them home. This will still incur:
• The full grooming fee, as the appointment time cannot be re-filled
• An additional salon decontamination charge, as we must thoroughly treat the environment to protect other dogs
We really appreciate your understanding — our priority is keeping every dog safe, comfortable, and parasite-free. 💛
