As summer is now approaching our appointments are filling up very quickly!! So we are asking for you all to please PRE BOOK APPOINTMENTS IN ADVANCE just to make sure you get the DATE and TIME you would like DUE TO THE HOT WEATHER APPROACHING US FAST !

Please note all cancellations need to be 24hrs before your appointment ! any cancellations on the day OR NO SHOWS will now be charged FOR THE FULL grooming price on your next visit. As when appointments are high demands someone looses out on a appointment and it effects us a business!

With kind regret and a lot of thought and consideration to this.

Due to the amount of NAUGHTY/AGRESSIVE dogs what are adding to our clientele we are now having to bring into force a extra charge to the grooms. This decision has been made due to us still wanting to provide the best quality service we can offer to all our customers.
