As Christmas is just around the corner our appointments will get limited in the FESTIVE period So we are asking for you all to please PRE BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENTS IN ADVANCE just to make sure you get the DATE and TIME you would like! We will also be OPENING some late nights on the

Saturday 13th December 2025
Saturday 20th December 2025

Our last working day will be on 20/12/25 until after the new year

PLEASE NOTE ! any cancellations on the day will now be charged THE FULL GROOM AMOUNT on your next visit and If we see a frequent pattern of any customers cancelling there appointments you will now be asked to pay for the groom upfront for your next appointment and if you do cancel your appointment it is UNREFUNDABLE! If refused to pay we will take you off our records and you will be banned!

Due to the amount of NAUGHTY/AGRESSIVE dogs what are adding to our clientele we are now having to bring into force a extra charge to the grooms. This decision has been made due to us still wanting to provide the best quality service we can offer to all our customers.

These are for a full groom or even just a bath for your beautiful poochs. With the weather getting hotter, we have plenty of water laid out around the shop for your little ones, along with cooling mats and fans.
