Hi everyone, please meet our new arrival Bud 😍

* Available for adoption soon *

Bud is a 9 year old Cocker Spaniel. He's an absolutely lovely friendly boy, sadly he's looking for a home due to his owner going into care.

Bud is a playful, very gentle boy. He likes to play with his toys, enjoys his walks and just loves everyone he meets 🤗

Bud is looking for an active home so he can enjoy his walks, he would like a home where he’s not left for long. He could possibly live with another neutered dog depending on meet and greet. Never been around cats, he’s fine with children.

Bud will make the perfect companion to his new family 🥰

A full secure garden is required.

A brief overview of how things are done.
Here at Barc we post available rabbits on our website www.barnsleyanimalrescue.org.uk
On here you can find pictures and info of our rabbits ready to be rehomed / reserved.
If you click on the picture you find a link to an enquiry e mail address .
Also you can find rabbits for rehoming on Facebook. We also post new arrivals / general info / advice / and bunny chat on here . while we do accept enquiries via Facebook we do require e mail and telephone contact details to process enquiries.
Once an enquiry is received you will be passed to the person in charge of initial home checking . You will then be sent information and questions . Please reply with as much detail as possible to avoid delays in processing enquiries.
once you have passed our home check you can visit / reserve/ adopt from Barc.
If you do not pass our home check we will try and help resolve barriers to adopting . Sometimes only small changes to set ups are needed .
Our aim is to make sure the home offered is safe , secure and spacious enough to meet our requirements and provide a suitable rabbit home.
An adoption fee of £65 is charged for each rabbit adopted.
We can offer bonding advice for free and can provide a bonding service for an added fee. (availability limited)

💔 Devastating News for Barnsley Animal Rescue Charity – Goldthorpe Shop Broken Into 💔

We’re absolutely heartbroken to share that our Goldthorpe charity shop has been broken into.

The charity tin was taken, but even more upsetting is the hundreds of pounds worth of damage caused to the door and premises. Money that should have been helping rescue, feed and care for vulnerable animals will now have to go towards repairs instead.

As a small, local charity, every single penny makes a difference. We work tirelessly to give neglected and abandoned animals a second chance, and this setback is devastating for our team and the animals who rely on us.

If anyone is able to help, no matter how small the amount, we would be incredibly grateful for donations to help cover the repair costs and replace the stolen funds.
