These last couple of weeks have been very difficult to say the least! Car tyre slashed, illness, gas leak, no heating / hot water or cooking facilities, being injured at work by being pulled down a flight of stairs and other personal problems.
It’s been extremely hard to keep just plodding on and I appreciate your patience and understanding over these last weeks.
This week alone I have had 3 clients leave with no notice period and a last minute boarding cancellation which had an outstanding balance of over £300. As you can appreciate, this has added to the stress and worry as this is how I support my family. I am a single parent household and I rely solely on my business.
Unfortunately, I have made the sad decision to reduce my working hours and I won’t be taking on any new walking clients. For now, I will no longer be working Wednesday’s. Any current Wednesday clients can change to another day should they wish to do so.
The uncertainty that comes with this job is taking its toll and I feel that I need to take time to consider all of my options moving forward.
Please note, that this does not affect any of my boarding clients, and I really do appreciate you choosing me to care for your dogs. I truly love them all!
