Here's Noodle the Lhasa Apso. What a beauty! Fully scissored. He's actually quite small underneath all that hair. I do love to work just with scissor and comb, it gives so much more freedom to achieve whatever look you want. You need a steady dog to do this but hey, Noodle's the dude.

Some rare action shots of me, the silver fox Sinclaire, working with the wonderful Walter on his first ever groom at just 18 weeks old. Due to PHENOMENAL DEMAND (an exaggeration, but only just, ha!)...

I will be opening my 2027 diary slightly earlier than planned.

I would prefer to do any block bookings in person, it's loads easier and quicker, so doing this when I see you next will suffice.

I obviously won't not do this by message but if you do contact me this way, please bare with me as I get a big response to this.

For those of you who book the whole year, anything booked from about May onwards is potentially subject to change depending on holidays that aren't booked yet. This works both ways too.

My confirmed times off so far are January 27th for a week and also April 21st for 3 weeks. Oh and Crufts weekend, March 4th - 7th.

There will also be a small price increase for most (but not all) grooms from January, my first in three years, and these new prices will be fixed until at least 2029.

2026 availability is now reduced to a small number of appointments in late October and November. Less than 15 in total. August, September and December is fully booked.

Hmm.. that's about it, enjoy your weekends everyone!

So... this is Sonny. He was recently rescued from a pretty horrible place, and he's only been with his new family a few weeks. When I first met him for his consultation, I couldn't quite believe the condition he was in. We are still not sure if he's ever been professionally groomed in his 4 years. This was gonna take a LOT of patience, time and love. Anyone else would have scalped him... quick and easy. That was always going to be a last resort. I have managed to brush and comb him completely, and also scissored him into a lovely Pomeranian style. He is a absolutely sweetheart! It's taken two and half hours, over 2 sessions, but we got there! He's gonna have the best life now with his new family... we're all so happy!

This is the lovely Scooby, a Cocker Spaniel at just 8 months old. This was his first ever groom, that I recommended we do over two sessions. Good call... as this took over THREE HOURS!

Wow, this boy has got some patience. This is so much more than 'just a haircut', we have put so much time and effort into his grooming 'career' already and it's paying off, big time. His owners are excellent and are fully on board with what is required.

This groom is mostly fully scissored ( you know me), and has brought out his markings beautifully.

He may not look too impressed, but this little guy was brilliant for his first ever groom! A miniature dachshund puppy called Snoopy, and what a beauty he is. I adore the ears on these, and that jelly is just adorable. I look forward to seeing him again.
