-What counts as a new client?
A new client is a dog who has not previously received a grooming service at our salon.
If you have brought one of your dogs to us before, that dog is an existing client. However, if you’re bringing another dog who has never been groomed by us, that dog is considered a new client and is eligible for our new-client referral offer.
-this offer applies for customers that have already left us reviews, however they must ensure that a review has been left on *both* Facebook and Google to resource the discount
