I’ve had a lot of people wanting to book in ASAP, but this is especially difficult at this time of year as I get very booked up. So please make sure you’re booking your appointments in 💞ADVANCE💞
I kindly ask that frustrations aren’t taken out on me, as I always do my absolute best to accommodate all of my clients — whether that means opening on days I don’t usually work, starting early, or finishing late.
I’m only one person running this whole business (receptionist, dog groomer, cleaner… the list is endless!😂)
To avoid disappointment, please make sure you’re planning ahead and getting your dogs booked in advance so you have the best chance of securing an appointment.
I’d recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance if you need a specific day and/or time. I may have limited availability sooner than that, but please don’t expect same-day or next-day appointments.
I also usually keep a cancellation list, so if you’d like to be added to that, that is no problem! 💌
Most of my regular customers book their next appointment when collecting their pup after their groom, as it’s so easy for it to slip your mind — and before you know it, they’re due again that same week!
I always do my very best to give you and your pups the best experience possible. I never want to rush dogs or squeeze anyone into a time slot that isn’t suitable, as I always want to keep my grooms to the highest standard ✂️🐶
