When you really have to have a rest day after making orders and background life (we all know those!) and just need a little bit of everyday family time…

Well it’s that time of year folks when the winter tackle comes out of the cupboards!

It’s quite a shock to the system after all the heat and then mild weather but I’ve had a growing number of fleece coat and PJ orders. Must admit I have some very forward thinking customers! 😉

Here’s our Minnie in her best bit of winter clobber including her offset ear warmers! She’s a natural fashion icon….the off the ear look. 🤣🍂💦💨❄️

Hello everyone! Round ups of the last week….

……well It’s been a busy week again! Orders in and out and roundabout and fundraising events to go with it!!! 😊

Also lots of donations and more to make but, and yes a but… I’ve had a fair few trips to the hoo’medics this past week. The outcome is that I’m still in one piece but only just! 🤣😬

Anyhoo’s! Here’s a lovely quick snapshot of our beautiful Lulu. She is our puppy that was (came to us as a rehoming 8wk old pupster!) who has been our speckled faced beauty from a 2yr old and continues to be amazing!

Thank you everyone who came to see me at the Great Global Greyhound Walk on Sunday and a big thank you to everyone who brought old collars to myself and via Sighthound Social Club.

The metalware will be made into new collars and used for rescues and rehomers, this is the first batch I have prepped ready for making in the near future.

Evening all!

Another busy week at DonB’s HQ for several reasons but orders are being made and sent out and inbetween I’ve been trying to make some more treats for next week. With just 1 week, yes 1 week, to go for the Great Global Greyhound Walk organised by Sighthound Social Club I will have a few treats to bring.

Also Sighthound social club have been collecting no longer needed collars so I can turn them into collars4rescue so if you have any please bring along. I use the old metalware and use my stash of fabric and webbing to make new collars for Hounds awaiting homes.

Make sure to bring plenty of pennies as not many will have card readers, you’ll need £3 for the car park machines just in case your phones don’t work and there is food and drink and plenty of seating oh and the raffle!

So come along next week and have a really enjoyable walk with your hounds and help raise funds for other Hounds in need of homes.

Well folks it’s that time of year again, or very soon.
In fact 2 weeks today and it’s the GGGW at Cannon Hall Farm hosted by the amazing Sighthound Social Club! 🧡

I’m going to be there with a selection of treats for houndies and hopefully a few for us folks (I just need to change gear a little and sew faster 😬). I’ll be showing a few tasters of what I’ll be bringing over the next 2/52.

Anyway I digress, it’s going to be an amazing day with lots of houndies and hoo’s, treats galore, a lovely walk and food and drink on tap! What more do you want….Oh and the raffle… as usual I’ll spend lots so will be bringing pennies and although some stalls will have card readers some will not so please bring money. So go raiding your piggy banks and get your hounds to bring their treat money.

So get yourselves ready and let’s make it a wonderful day to remember!
