It’s another warm day again. Just a few things to note: If we decide to cancel lessons for any reason we will aim to directly contact all of the riders, but will definitely put it on here too. If anyone decides not to ride for whatever reason please do let us know. We have a 24hr cancellation rule otherwise the lesson needs to be paid for. We know that people get poorly and so we are happy to rearrange group lessons to a different day within the following week if you cannot make it that day. We allocate all of the horses to their lessons so when people just don’t turn up it makes it tricky to run lessons properly with even horse work hours too. Xx

The newest member of the Snowdon team, Annie, is here to let you all know that we are cancelling lessons on Weds and Thurs from lunchtime onwards. We feel it is too warm for the horses to be expected to work and also to make the staff more comfortable doing less hours looking after them too. We will still do the morning privates before it heats up too much then the horses will all be back out under the shade of the trees for the day.

To our customers who also ride horses other than ours or go to other yards please can you make sure your riding equipment is disinfected and clothes are not mixed. We have heard of a few local cases of strangles and as a precaution just want to make sure it doesn’t come here too. Thanks very much.

New Price List from Weds 1st April. There’s a slight increase in group lesson prices of £1. The privates remain the same...

New Price List from Weds 1st April. There’s a slight increase in group lesson prices of £1. The privates remain the same, and there are a few changes to block payment lessons. There is now a 5% discount on a block of 10 group lessons or a block of 5 privates. Thank you.

Happy Christmas to all of our customers. Hope you’ve all had a lovely one.
Just a few reminders, the usual pony club isn’t on today, we have jumping instead earlier. Then we are open New Year’s Eve for privates only and closed on New Years Day, but also doing jumping for the adults that day.

Please book onto any extra things, and if you’re missing a lesson and would like to ride then please let us know and we can rearrange your lesson if we’re closed. Please can any of our customers who ride or come into contact with any horse other than ours please be careful to clean your equipment and clothing before coming to the yard to visit or ride. There are a few cases of strangles around the area and it can be a very nasty issue for horses and also less to death in the worst cases. It passes very easily through contact so we would like to minimise risk. Change clothing, wash hands and disinfect equipment please. Thank you.
