A new enclosure for a very special bird! 🐦🌿
Our Blue-throated Piping Guan, Pippin, has moved into his new, permanent home! His enclosure gives him plenty of space to fly, forage and explore the woodland at his own pace.
After his famous escape a few years ago, following a storm that damaged his previous enclosure, Pippin is now happily settled into his new home and loving exploring the woodland around him.
To make the move as stress-free as possible, our dedicated keepers and volunteers worked together to crate-train Pippin. A special mention goes to Keeper Hayley, who organised and led the crate-training plan — thank you for all your hard work! 💚
