We are open 10:00-16:00 as usual up until Sunday 23rd December.

CHRISTMAS EVE: 10:00-14:30

CHRISTMAS DAY: CLOSED

BOXING DAY: CLOSED

Then from the 27th we will be open as usual 10:00-16:00, including New Years Eve and New Years Day.

And don't worry about the animals, staff will still be on site over Christmas taking care of everyone ☺️

⚠️ WEATHER UPDATE ⚠️ Our festive encounter day is still taking place. But please note the bottom wooded area is still closed off for public safety which means the play area/mud kitchen is not accessible. Strix our owl also won’t be flying today. But he will be out and about inside doing a meet and greet at his usual time of 11am. The reindeer feeds are currently to take place as planned.
