If you want a groomer who:

- Cares about your dog and the experience they have had and will have.
- Takes their time to know your dog, figure out what they’re comfortable with.
- Communicates any health concerns or behaviours with you.
- Uses only the best products which are gentle and safe.
- Listens to you and is thorough in finding out what you’re wanting at your appointment.
- Has a calm environment working 1-1.
- Is Non judgemental - sometimes life doesn’t make it easy to keep a consistent schedule and your dog may have knots or matting. I won’t make you feel guilty for this. (However if your dog repeatedly has severe matting which causes further health problems I will discuss options for you.)
- Happy to give advice!
- Genuinely loves what they do. I’ve had the experience of working in salons that don’t put the dog first and instead prioritise money. This experience is what pushed me to act differently. As important as it is to ensure you can cover the costs of running a salon and being self employed, both can exist where the dog’s wellbeing is prioritised.
- Has 6 years experience in handling different breeds, ages and behaviours.
- High quality grooms.

If you want the best for your angel baby, you might not be able to get an appointment today or next week but I promise the care your dog will receive is worth waiting for ☺️!
