Your appointment will not be confirmed or added to our diary until the deposit has been received.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or if you fail to attend your appointment.

As a small, self-employed business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows mean we lose valuable appointment time, so we really appreciate your understanding and support❤️
