Many dogs struggle with loud noises, fireworks, new environments, car journeys, grooming, or even meeting new people and dogs. The good news? With patience, consistency, and positive experiences, you can help your dog feel calmer and more confident and it’s easier than you think!

Remember:
⭐ Start small
⭐ Pair triggers with rewards
⭐ Go at your dog’s pace
⭐ Watch their body language
⭐ Increase exposure gradually

Remember: desensitisation isn’t about forcing your dog to “get over it” it’s about helping them feel safe and secure through positive experiences (there will be set backs! But don’t give up they will eventually get there)
