🐾 Jack’s Update 🐾

What a perfectly chilled day our lovely Jack has had 🥰 He’s spent so much of it curled up all cosy in his bed, resting peacefully and taking it nice and easy. We’ve been out for short, gentle little walks just as he likes — slow and steady, having a good sniff of everything and pottering about the place 💙

This evening he had a lovely bath, all clean and smelling wonderful… and then he decided he wasn’t staying put in his usual spot! He dragged his favourite blanket right out to the hall, made himself up a perfect little nest there, and settled down for the evening as pleased as anything 😂💕

Such a sweet, gentle soul — he’s just making himself right at home, and we love having him more than words can say 💛

✨ Jack — Latest Update ✨

Jack is settling in more and more every single day — he’s truly part of the family now 🥹💙

He’s been having his lovely gentle walks, ambling along so nicely, taking his time to sniff every flower, bush and blade of grass — exactly how it should be! His little tail gives the softest, happiest wag as we go, and he keeps checking in with me, looking up with those kind eyes — such a good, polite boy. 🌿

He’s found all his favourite spots around the house now — his cosy bed by the fire, the sunniest patch on the rug, and he loves sitting by the window watching the birds and the world go by. He eats every bit of his meals up straight away, drinks beautifully, and curls up so contentedly for his naps — warm, safe and happy 💤

He’s such a gentle, precious soul — so quiet and well-behaved, and he follows us round with such sweet trust. We’re absolutely loving every moment with him; it’s such a privilege to care for our lovely old man 🥹🐾

He’s doing wonderful — relaxed, happy, and right at home here 💙

✨ Jack — Days 2 & 3 Update ✨

Our sweet gentleman Jack has settled in so beautifully — he’s truly found his feet here with us! 🥹

Day 2 was all about taking things nice and steady. We had a couple of gentle little potters out — short, slow walks where Jack could stop and sniff absolutely everything he wanted to. He took his time checking out the grass, the hedges, and all the interesting little scents along the lane. He walked so nicely, keeping close and checking in with me every few steps — such a calm, polite boy. Back home he curled up on his favourite blanket, had a lovely nap, and watched the world go by from the window. 🌿💤

Day 3 brought more gentle adventures! We took a wee stroll down to the field edge where Jack got to see the cows and sheep quietly in the distance — he watched them with such gentle curiosity, not a peep, just taking it all in. His little tail gave a soft wag every now and then when he spotted something interesting. We kept walks short and sweet, perfect for his pace — he’s happy to amble, stop, and sniff to his heart’s content. He’s eating well, sleeping soundly, and follows us round the house like a little shadow — we’re all so fond of him already 🥰

He’s such a kind, gentle soul and we’re absolutely loving having him here. More lovely days ahead for our precious boy 💙
