Back to school isn't just a big change for children - it can be a big adjustment for pets too. 📚

As the summer holidays come to an end, our pets often have to get used to quieter homes, new routines and spending more time on their own.

To help them settle back into the school routine:
🐾 Gradually reintroduce time alone
🧩 Keep them busy with enrichment toys and puzzle feeders
🚶 Stick to regular walks and feeding times
💙 Make time for quality cuddles and play before and after school

**OWNER HAS BEEN FOUND, thanks to everyone who shared!**

We have had an elderly cat brought into the practice this afternoon by a member of the public, from Thorpe Willoughby.
Due to the cat being severely unwell, we have put her to sleep 🌈
The cat is ginger/white, female, and has a microchip but the details are not up to date. We tried to contact the owner prior to providing treatment but couldn’t get hold of anyone. If she was your cat, please contact the practice (proof of ownership will be required).
