Good news, the bean to cup coffee machine is fixed. The Chocolatte with marsh mellows was yum !! That said it is still hot outside so free cold drinks in the fridge.

Hot Weather Cancellation Policy
Please note that the weather forecast currently indicates temperatures of 30°C or above. In these conditions, we have temporarily relaxed our usual 24 hours cancellation policy to give customers greater flexibility until temperatures return to more moderate levels.
Temperature at time of writing: 22°C – conditions remain suitable for normal operations.
We kindly ask all visitors to use good judgement and prioritise the welfare of your K9 family.
Fresh water is available via the outside hose pipe, which can be used to fill and refresh the small water pools located in the park.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep all our four-legged visitors safe and comfortable.

URGENT CUSTOMER NOTICE – Important Change to Appointment Reminders
Dear Valued K9-Park Customer,
We have been notified by our booking platform, GetTimely, that the cost of SMS text message reminders has increased from £0.06 to £0.15 per message.
As we send over 1,000 SMS reminders each month, this significant rise is no longer sustainable for us.
Effective immediately, we will be discontinuing SMS text notifications and switching entirely to email reminders for all future bookings and appointments.
What this means for you:

You will continue to receive timely confirmation and reminder emails for your bookings.
Please ensure the email address on your GetTimely account is up to date.
If you have not received an email reminder in the past, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us to update your details.

We apologise for any inconvenience this change may cause and thank you for your understanding. Our priority remains providing a high-quality, secure off-lead dog park experience at a fair price.

Come on guys we give you free hot and cold drinks and treats for you and your dogs.....all we ask is that you clean up after your dogs.

When you sit enjoying your drink are you watching your dogs?

We have had a new customer bring her 2 lovely dogs only to pick up 5 lots of poo left by other people...Not good enough!!!

If we see on the cameras owners deliberately not picking up they will be asked to leave.
