📸🐾 A little something extra from Familiars Pet Services! 🐾📸

I’ve recently started a little side project just for fun — ssf_photography — focusing on capturing beautiful, natural photos of our four-legged friends. 🐶🐱📸

As a little extra for my lovely Familiars Pet Services customers, I’m now offering FREE pet photography sessions! 💙

Yes, you read that right — the photography session itself is completely free! 🥰

I’m currently doing this purely because I enjoy photography and want to build up my portfolio, so I don’t take any commission or payment for the photography.

📸 What’s included?
✨ Up to 1 hour of photography
✨ Natural, fun and personality-filled photos
✨ A selection of edited images following the session
✨ Absolutely no photography fee

📍 A few important bits:
• Sessions are available within approximately a 20-minute drive of Scunthorpe
• If a hired field or other paid venue is requested, the customer would need to cover the venue/field hire cost
• Sessions are subject to availability and suitable weather/conditions
• As this is currently a free portfolio project, the number of final images provided may vary depending on the session
• Images will be provided with an SSF Photography watermark as the photography is currently being offered free of charge
• Please note that this is a portfolio/hobby project rather than a paid professional photography service

🐾 Fancy giving your furry friend their own little photoshoot?

If you’re a Familiars Pet Services customer and think your dog, cat or other pet would make a great model, drop me a message! 📩

I’d love to capture some special memories of them while having a bit of fun with my photography along the way. 💙📸

You can also follow ssf_photography to see some of the photos from my little photography journey!

Look at these two cuties Coco (left) Sasha (Right)

Coco is in for some general obedience training which includes
🐶 Loose leash walking
🦮 Walking on the left side of her owner (rather than zigzagging)
🐕 Barking at other dogs

And of course Sasha is taking part with training also

Both are making good progress

Sometimes the downside of studying animal behaviour means when it comes to your pets your always keep a strict close eye on them and question any unusual behaviour.

Also as a trainer you want to help your pets in the best way possible but sometimes even we struggle to understand them.

For me that’s the position I’m in, Bud displays a different behaviour

“Pacing around trying to find somewhere to hide”

I’ve offered him hiding spots trying to help him/find out what’s up but nothings working - it’s times like this that makes me thinks I’ve failed because I just don’t know what else to do for him (old pic)

We are now in the Ber months September, October, November & December which means autumn will soon be upon us

Enjoy this AI image of Bud enjoying the autumn feel

Just some photos of our Buddy, who is clearly happy when his mummy was at home last week resting after being rushed into hospital the Friday before and spent the weekend there.

I would just like to say thank you to my customers for understanding and allowing me time last week to rest
I’m happy to report that I am fine and we’ve been busy working away

Here I have a quick snapshot of our newest recruit in for some training.
Meet Denzel a lovely mixed breed! His owners and I are working on resource issues (he becomes vocal when he wants a toy his friend Boycee has) and we are also working on his leash skills

I’ve also got some crazy 🤪 snaps of Blu’s walk 🚶🏻‍♀️ there was temper tantrums, zoomies (including parkour on me) and just generally huskiness 🤣😅😂

I do love our walks together Blu 🐾
