Weve just had a wonderful session with Winston the Black Lab .... a excitable boy who can Resource Guard his Crate - steal food and attention seek.....

In his videos you will be able to see how much he grumbled (owner supplied videos) and his progress to accept approaches.

The simple key is avoiding conflict but setting clear understandable boundaries and Teaching what we do want 💪💪💪💪

Cassie continues her progress at the vets ..... a few short months ago Cassie would bark at the receptionist, the vets, anyone passing, buses going past the window etc

Today she was let loose on a long line to start so she could wander at leisure - she said hello to the Receptionist and the vets even had a couple of people come in and cope with a dog too.

We had one person leave and come back which started a mini bark but using a process of holding position and allowing Cassie to regulate before moving again worked so well .....

In these pictures you see the Vet actually getting to pet Cassie for the first time and Cassie even choosing to sit with her 💪💪💪💪

Super buzzing after today 🕺💃💯

Great Morning session with Arthur.... out on a walk with him .. getting to the bottom of his excitement around other dogs ... very much adrenaline based; causing spikes, as a young adolescent we have to ride the storm a little while trying to help him regulate- he did awesome today and was shattered when I left (see pic)

Here is a session with Raine a Bosnian rescue -- Raine has been to this secure field a fair bit but has never been over the ramp or through the tunnel - Today she did both .... and chased the flirt pole and ignored cyclists on the canal path 💪💪💪

Now as you can see we had tried luring but that actually added too much pressure so we laid a trail and let her figure it out - once she'd figured it out there was no stopping her then we can change the criteria and only reward for successful completions ... ❤️❤️❤️

I even got called the dog magician today 🤣🤣🤣

Meet Eden our latest puppy client .... we are working on his house skills so he can become an assistance dog for one of the children in the home 💪💪💪

Today's session didnt cover too much around some basics as this cheeky fella managed to open his food door and ate a considerable amount of food before uncle Jon arrived ... he looked more like a beached whale than a working lab 🤭😱🤣🤣🤣

Something tells me he will make a superb assistance dog !!!

A couple of videos from last night and this morning.

Sadie a highly reactive GSD (Who has just recovered from an illness) was in a busy park today walking around a past dogs that are few short months ago she would not have been able to do without losing her marbles!!

Draco is a young adolescent male who is hyper-excitable and cannot focus when out bouncing from scent to scent, stimuli to stimuli. Today we even managed to get him to meet a human calmly out on the street in a busy town and pass may others with no fuss..... ge even got focussed jumping over walls and paws up on posts 💪💪 We even managed some nice loose lead walking with no battle or conflict.... something he does not do ... his dad said today was the best walk hes had 🕺💃💯

Now - are either perfect - no but great progress has been made - we take that and aim for more ❤️😁💪👍👏👏👏👏
