‼️🐾 MEET OUR NEW RECRUITS! 🐾‼️

We’re so excited to introduce our two new daycare assistants — Emily & Emily! 💛

Having two Emilys is either going to be absolutely brilliant… or incredibly confusing! So, to save everyone’s sanity, Em is taking one for the team and going by her nickname! 👀🤣

🧡🐶 EMILY 🐶🧡
A passionate animal lover with a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Animal Behaviour & Welfare. Emily has experience with all sorts of animals, but dogs are definitely her favourite! She’s also no stranger to DDC, having worked with us before… our dogs are thrilled to have her back. Emily is also mum to adorable Poochon Eddie, who has only strengthened her massive love for dogs! 🐾

💜🐶 EM 🐶💜
Happiest when surrounded by dogs — and equally happy scrolling through endless photos of dogs that aren’t even hers! 😂 At home, she’s outnumbered by Sully, a standard Wire-Haired Dachshund with serious main-character energy, and Stanley, a Miniature Schnauzer who takes his role as chief supervisor VERY seriously. Em has prior experience working within a daycare setting, so is used to the chaos and carnage… so she’ll feel right at home!! 👀

We’re so excited to have Emily & Em joining our team and can’t wait for all our daycare dogs to get to know them, because they are absolutely fabulous!! 💙🐾

👋 We’ll be introducing them to you over the next week or so whilst they learn the ropes!! So please bear with us! 💋👋

💰🐾 A LITTLE PAYMENT & CANCELLATION REMINDER 🐾💰

Just a friendly reminder of our payment and cancellation policies, as we’ve had a few more last-minute cancellations recently.

💳 PAYMENT ON BOOKING
Once we’ve confirmed availability for your requested dates, payment should be made on booking to fully secure your dog’s session.

🐶 REGULAR SESSIONS
If your dog has regular bookings with us, please set up a standing order or make sure payment is kept up to date for the week ahead. This really helps us keep our admin running smoothly. 🙏

❌ CANCELLATIONS
We completely understand that plans can change and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. We’ll always be as flexible as we reasonably can be.

However, due to our staffing ratios, last-minute cancellations can have a significant financial impact on the business. Therefore, cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked session will be charged at the full session price.

Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support. 🫶🐾

We really appreciate you helping us keep things running smoothly for everyone!
