❄️ Back to Winter Hours! ❄️
Winter is arriving, so it’s time for us to go back to our reduced winter opening hours.
To help protect the fields during the wetter, muddier months, we’ll also be closing one field at a time and alternating between the two. This gives each field a chance to recover and helps us keep them in the best condition possible.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support! 🐾❤️

This shouldn't be something we should need to be asking, but can the person taking the full rolls of poo bags please stop it! We supply poo bags for our customers to use at the field, not to take home.

They were refilled again last week and they have all been taken again. Apologies to our customers using the field today, who now find very few bags left x

I'm usually pretty good at seeing our Google reviews and replying to them, however I seemed to have missed this one from a few weeks back. This is so disheartening when we receive bad reviews, due to the ignorance of some customers. We provide poo pickers, poo bags and poo bins to make it as easy as possible for people to pick up their dogs poo. For goodness sake, please pick up your poo!

Each bad review really affects our star rating and can be quite upsetting to us.

Thank you so much to the customers that reach out to me to say they've cleaned up after previous customers. You shouldn't need to be doing that, but we really do appreciate it.

Please can we ask that you all slow down on the farm track, especially where you join Roach Road where the houses are.

Our neighbour has nearly been knocked down a couple of times when our customers are leaving and driving too fast. Just please take care 😘

💰When your payment goes on a little adventure… 😂

We recently received a rather disgruntled message from a customer whose payment had been left uncaptured by our system, stating he will start charging us interest should the money not be put back into his bank.

So, just to clear up a little bit of booking-system mystery:

💳 If your payment has successfully gone through, you will ALWAYS receive a confirmation email. That email is your best friend — if you haven't received it, please don't assume your booking has been completed.

An uncaptured payment isn't necessarily an error with our booking system. Occasionally, a payment can be authorised by the bank/card provider but not actually captured by the merchant. This can happen for a number of reasons during the payment process. In simple terms, your bank may temporarily say “yep, looks good!” while the actual transfer never gets completed.

And importantly, if a payment hasn't been captured, we don't actually have your money. It may appear as a pending transaction with your bank, but the money hasn't reached us. So there isn't money sitting in our account earning interest that we can hand back to you — much as we might enjoy the idea! 😄

The takeaway: No confirmation email = don't assume your payment/booking is complete. Give us a shout and we'll happily check it for you ❤️

With another heat wave on the way, we want to show you the shade on the fields. As always though, please be careful. You know your pups more than we do. If it's too hot and you need to reschedule your booking, please use the link in your confirmation email ❤️🐾
