Dear customers;

Due to my husband waiting on unexpected major surgery in the next 5-6 weeks, new booking’s are now closed for the remaining of 2026.

A lot of you have already pre-booked however. I will do my best to warrant all of those appointments but dependent on the surgery date, I may need to juggle a few around.
I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Are you thinking of buying a new puppy or considering taking a dog on??

Take a look through the breed standard website to see whether they would be an appropriate fit within your lifestyle, size of house, daily exercise needed etc.

I am always happy to guide you on recommended professional grooming schedules and costs involved with each breed, or even cross breeds if you are not looking for a breed standard companion.

A personal service means a personal touch and that works both ways.
Especially today when a customers’ daughter made me such a beautiful bracelet. I am so touched!!! 💙💙

Dear customer(s).

IMPORTANT READ:

Many thanks for booking in with me this coming week.
We are expecting some very hot weather 🔥🔥.

I would just like to stipulate that as much as I request your dog(s) to be fully exercised and toileted before their pamper(s) to make them comfortable; please be mindful however DURING THE HOTTER MONTHS that bringing a hot dog into the studio before a pamper, can put them at risk of potential heatstroke.
A hot dryer on top of an already hot dog is not a risk I am wanting to take.
I reserve the right to turn your dog away should he/she come to me panting heavily. A 50% fee will then be applied before re-booking.

The good news is;
I now have a fully fitted air conditioning unit in my studio making the grooming process easier and safe my end. It is actually cold in here! 🥶🥶🤭🤭.

Please contact me as soon as possible if bringing your dog to me in a safe manner is going to be difficult for you. I may be able to offer a collection and drop off service for an extra fee if you are without transport.

Thank you for your understanding.
