Fantastic article by Wessex Rivers Trust on the impact of pet medications on our rivers and wildlife, while still caring for our dogs' health.

One of our awesome volunteers, Lyndsay, has written an article on the use of pet medications and their impact on the environment- it’s not just dogs that swim in rivers that cause the problems- you can read the full article here: https://www.wessexrt.org.uk/assets/files/Flea-treatmentsbyLyndsayWhite.pdf.

It includes extracts from an interview with a local Wiltshire vet invested in this topic. Photos of pets provided by wonderful Wessex Rivers Trust staff!!

Guess who’s Stethoscope? 🩺

These are our Nurse’s Stethoscopes, which they use everyday for monitoring patients in surgery or consultations.

Can you guess in the comments which one is Becky, Grace, Anna or Kitty’s?

🦷🐾💚✨Dental X-rays ✨💚🐾🦷
Ever wondered what your pet is hiding behind that smile? Just like human dentist we use veterinary digital X-rays to see what’s actually happening under the surface of the gums, without them we are only seeing half the story, with some teeth there is more root under the gum line than there is tooth that you can see.
Dental X-rays allows us to see, root infections, bone loss, broken or fractured teeth/roots, retained roots. 🦷🦷
Our goal is to always keep your pets happy and healthy, give us a call to book in for your pets dental health check with one of our nurses.
