Mole Valley Liveries Here at Mole Valley Liveries we are dedicated to looking after your horse as if it were one of our own.

Whilst ensuring comfort, peace and tranquility in a relaxed atmosphere for your horse, we also encourage and assist you in any way that we can to help you achieve exactly what you want from your equine friend. All horses and riders are welcome here, from novices to experienced riders and from young horses to retired. We offer assisted DIY, part and full and training / competition livery. We pride

ourselves in having a friendly, helpful yard with lovely people and horses! Our facilities include;
•Internal and external stables and American barn with Lodden stables
•Horse walker
•Winter playpen
•20m x 40m floodlit sand school with full set of show jumps
•Private woodland hacking, no roadwork
plus cross country jumps
•Well maitained post and electric paddocks with mains water
•42 acres of beautiful woodland with rideable tracks throughout
•Horse and rider training
•Free lorry and trailer parking
•Helpful and enthusiastic staff

We are looking for 1 professional or semi professional person to look after the farm like their own.

***PREVIOUS YARD AND CLAY LAND MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL AND REQUIRED***

Businesses are welcome but no subletting.
Strictly no dogs
No livery businesses
No accommodation

We are looking for this person to stay long term as we have no plans to ever sell off parts of or the entire farm off.

All other electric and water used is metered so you only pay for what you use.
Your own muck heap container to be organized by, and maintained by you.

One of our yards are coming up for rent soon but we need to do a lot of work on it before it's ready.

Our other yard has already been snapped up today before we had a chance to advertise it or even tell anyone! I've been inundated with messages and calls for almost 2 weeks before we even knew it would be coming available ourselves!
Not sure how that works but it's super helpful so thanks to whoever it is with the big gob!!! Lol

It is absolutely essential that you have experience with renting, running, and managing your own yard, pastures (as we are on clay) and have good knowledge and experience of how to look after your own horses or ponies please!! 🙏

Once this yard is near ready I will pop the advert up so watch this space 🙂🤞🙏

We would ideally want this person to stay long term as we have no plans to sell off parts of or the entire farm off. (We are a happily married couple and plan to retire here in years to come)

Our honey is supplied to you as a natural, raw product and is not heat treated so please do not give to babies under 1 year old.

END OF SUMMER 2022
Just wanted to write a quick update as we are getting more requests for livery and yards for rent.

We are still currently full across the board, with a full waiting list !
If anything changes, Facebook will be the first place we update. I'm so sorry we can't help all you lovely people that have messaged and called us at this point in time 🙏🙏

Also, just to clear up a slight confusion,
Mole Valley Liveries is ONLY based at our home farm at Petridgewood, NOT at Brookside.

We hope you have all had a wonderful summer, I know we all have! And our foals are happy, healthy and growing fast ! 😍
