Polite notice ‼️
From now on anyone who cancels last minute with an excuse of , sorry iv worked or iv forgot or iv got an eyelash appointment or a nail appointment etc . I will not be taking a booking for their pet unless full payment is made before hand as for 13 years now iv groomed and been very fair with my customers , never over charge , never taken deposits, swap and change when I can and always put their time before my own , however it’s really started to get to me when people think that my time and lively hood doesn’t count and I should just be okay with losing money when they decide their own needs come before there pets or they just forget and think all is okay . It’s not fair , I have a family and a house to run just like most people and my time does matter, and grooming is my only income! And is a very hard , and challenging job to do ! Obviously people with genuine reasons I will understand and do what I can to help and work around them as I know life gets in the way of things so I understand that . Hope everyone understands.
