During my study and practices in canine training and behavior I ensure that the methods I use are ethical, force free, modern and positive; rather than outdated and aversive. Therefore, I am a student member of the National Institute of Canine Ethics. I adhere to their code of ethics, industry standards. To me, the use of positive reinforcement is the most beneficial, ethical and successful way fo

r canines learn, build confidence and not only support their physical health but also considers their psychological health. By making training fun and positive, we can increase the behaviors we do want from our canines, as well as reduce the unwanted behaviors.

* BSc (Hons) Social Sciences (Including Psychology).
* DTC - Certified Dog Trainer
* DTC - reactivity and scent work specialist.
* Enrolled with the British College of Canine Studies.
* 4 years experience working with canines.
* Canine 1st aid trained.
* CPD courses undertaken through the Dog Training College, VS Academy, Absolute Dogs & Oplex Careers.

Adolescent dogs can certainly be hard work, often needing to revisit the foundations. They arnt purposely being terriible teens, its the hormones and brain chemistry that makes it so challenging for them to focus, control impulses, and arousal. But, Look as this bunch doing a fantastic job 👏

🐕 Terrible Teens Foundation Course. Teaching real-life manners and reliable training.

🐩 Clever Companions . A fun book weekly class to continue your training journey, refine & learn new skills.
- For adolescent & adult dogs aged 5 months plus.
- Runs on Thursdays at 6pm.

👃 Scent Detection. Tap into your dog’s natural superpower and learn the art of scentwork.
- For dogs aged 5 months plus.
- 2nd of October at 6pm.

🐾 Scent Tracking. Build strong teamwork, focus & problem solving.
- For dogs aged 5 months plus.
- 8th of September at 6pm.

⭕ Canine Hoopers. Low-impact obstacle based fun.
- For all breeds and ages.
- Weekly group runs on Fridays at 2pm and Saturday's at 9am.

Our puppy group had a short off leash play today in class. which helps with confidence, communication, body language, social skills & bite inhibition. We then went through some all important handling exercises to help prepare the pups for vet/groomer trips 🐶
