Finally have an answer for Effie
She has been diagnosed with IBD and b12 deficiency. She’s now on supplements to increase her b12 levels and needs to stay on a fish diet for a few weeks whilst her body heals and she gets her nutty energy level back.
Have a nice long weekend off to give her plenty of TLC.

Just these two today as Effie is back in the vet for further tests.It’s raining so hiding in the woods

She is so back to herself. A lovely walk at Ellenbrook is just what we needed.

Such a relief to see Effie so much better. Last few days has been horrible but looks like she’s back to her happy self. 2 days of isolation and lead walks and avoiding all other dogs.
My happy girl is back but still going to ensure she rests this afternoon.
Also booking the CT scan to see what’s happening internally as she’s definitely got pain somewhere 😢

My dad is finally out of pain and will be buried tomorrow next to my mum.
