Our vision is a world where every cat is treated with kindness and an understan

ding of its needs. All Cats Protection cats are vaccinated, neutered, treated for fleas and worms, micro-chipped and are adopted with 4 weeks free Pet Plan insurance (with the option to continue). Home checks are carried out for every cat and kitten to ensure a perfect match. Cats Protection encourages the neutering of cats of all ages to help control the growing cat population. A voucher scheme is available via head office - please call 03000 12 12 12 to enquire about neutering assistance. Leaflets are available for advice on a range of cat topics, including cat care, moving house with your cat, and choosing your new cat.

Sooty is busy practising playing football in preparation of the World Cup. He thinks that if he shows off his impressive ball skills, he may get noticed and be offered a new home. He'd be happy to sit and watch the football with you.
Sooty, only 2yrs, loveable playful lad needs home as the only pet. Will you offer Sooty the home he needs?

Today is pet memorial day

Today on Pet Memorial Day we remember the pets who left pawprints on our hearts and are loved beyond their time with us.

If you feel comfortable, please share a photo and tell us about a pet you miss — because every life remembered matters.

If you’re struggling with pet loss, Cats Protection offers Paws to Listen — a free, confidential grief support service with trained volunteer listeners who understand the pain of losing a beloved pet. You don’t have to carry grief alone.

Let's go and visit Holly and Maddie in their foster home.
Seeing these beautiful ladies settled in a foster home was truly wonderful. It's such a difference to being in the cattery and shows how valuable our volunteer fosters are.

However this is temporary and we really need these girls in their forever home as soon as we can.

They are so beautiful and really easy going ladies. How can you not fall for them?!

Please head to our website for more information.

It's the countdown to our open day!
Oh Saturday 13th June 11-3pm we will be celebrating 65 years of helping cats at the Isle of Wight Centre.

There will be stalls, games, raffles, tombolas, lots of cake, colouring compeititon, cat awards, history of the centre right back to 1961 and much more. We would love for as many of our supporters to join us in this milestone celebration.

Drop us a message in the comment section, are you coming?

It is the last day of National Volunteer's Week, and we have waited until today to say a big THANK YOU to all of our volunteers, because today was the day we hosted our annual Volunteer's Afternoon Tea!

We are so pleased to be able to share these lovely pictures of everyone who was able to attend, including a few of our volunteers receiving their certificates and badges signifying 1, 3, 5, or 7 years of volunteering with us!

You all make such a big difference to the cats in our care, and we couldn't do it without you! Thank you so much for all that you do.
