We are Cats Protection in Isle of Wight, helping in your time of need when you have to give your cat up for homing and finding the cats in our care their forever home. A 'Lost and Found' cat register is recorded at the Centre to help reunite cats with their owners.
- Between 9am and 4pm email: [email protected]

Our vision is a world where every cat is treated with kindness and an understanding of its needs. All Cats Protection cats are vaccinated, neutered, treated for fleas and worms, micro-chipped and are adopted with 4 weeks free Pet Plan insurance (with the option to continue). Home checks are carried out for every cat and kitten to ensure a perfect match. Cats Protection encourages the neutering of cats of all ages to help control the growing cat population. A voucher scheme is available via head office - please call 03000 12 12 12 to enquire about neutering assistance. Leaflets are available for advice on a range of cat topics, including cat care, moving house with your cat, and choosing your new cat.

Thank you to everyone who took part in our amazing Fire Walk Challenge 2026! What an incredible evening to have so many people come together for two great causes. 🔥

We have raised over £1500 for Cats Protection!

We are truly grateful for everyone who walked, sponsored, donated and enjoyed a lovely evening. ✨🐾

We would also like to thank RSPCA Isle of Wight and Robin Hill for coming together with us to create a special event for both charities.

Thank you on behalf of all of us at Isle of Wight Cat Centre, the cats & the kittens 🐾

Here is the moment that we reunited Milo with his owner after 6 weeks missing, she thought they would never see each other again.

We received a call about a new cat in the area who was desperate for food and shelter, Mark who is part of our volunteer lost and found team whizzed out there with a scanner and he was microchipped! In less than an hour Milo was reunited with his human. He was over a mile away from home and needless to say, he's utterly delighted to be back where he belongs.

We do love a happy ending 🥹
