* All boarding guest have Daycare all day as part of the boarding service.
* Free taxi included with Daycare and Boarding during weekday as part of the service. Day

* All fields dog proof with minimum 1.8m high fencing.

🐾 More than a business… it’s a family affair ❤️

With the summer holidays coming to an end and the kids heading back to school tomorrow, we thought this was the perfect little reminder that Four Paws Inn really is a family-run business in every sense of the word.

Our 5 children have grown up surrounded by your dogs. 🐶 They absolutely love getting involved during the school holidays — helping with treat time, giving out cuddles, joining in with playtime and generally having a little army of four-legged friends following them around! 😂❤️

For us, that’s one of the loveliest things about what we’ve created here.

We wanted Four Paws Inn to feel different. Not like kennels. Not like somewhere dogs are simply dropped off for the day. We wanted it to feel relaxed, familiar and homely — somewhere your dogs become part of our extended family.

And when our own children genuinely can’t wait to spend their school holidays down at daycare with them, we think that says quite a lot. 🥰

Tomorrow it’s back to school, uniforms and early mornings… but we’re pretty sure they’ll be counting down to the next holidays so they can get back to their favourite part-time job! 😂🐾

Family run. Family friendly. And lots and lots of very loved dogs. ❤️

🐾 Good evening, Four Paws Inn family!

Daycare is back open tomorrow after a well-earned long weekend break — and our boarding guests have been keeping us wonderfully busy throughout. 🙏

A showery one ahead this week here in Llanelidan, it has to be said:

🌧️ Monday — up to 16°C, 45% chance of showers
☁️ Tuesday — up to 18°C, cloudy but mild
🌧️ Wednesday — up to 19°C, 90% chance of rain
🌧️ Thursday — up to 18°C, 65% chance of showers
🌧️ Friday — up to 18°C, 75% chance of rain

But honestly? The dogs love it. The streams & lake will be filling up, the fields will smell incredible and there'll be plenty of puddles to investigate. We'll have everything in place to keep tails wagging whatever the weather throws at us.

And speaking of routines returning — with the kids heading back to school on Thursday, this is the perfect time to get yours booked back in too. The school run gets easier when you know your dog is having the time of their life at the same time. 🐾

Here's what the week ahead is looking like here at Four Paws Inn:

☀️ Monday — 19°C, largely dry. A lovely start to the week.
🌤️ Tuesday — 18°C, small chance of a light shower. Fresh and pleasant.
☀️ Wednesday — 21°C, mostly sunny. The pick of the week.
🌧️ Thursday — 21°C, showers likely. A proper Welsh day out for the dogs!
🌤️ Friday — 18°C, chance of a passing shower. A great way to finish the week.

All in all, a fantastic week to be a dog at Four Paws Inn. The kind of temperatures that keep energy levels high, tails wagging and the streams and lake are on track to looking their very best following the drought.

And as any of our regulars will tell you — Thursday showers are practically a fan favourite. There's nothing quite like watching a field full of dogs discover puddles and water. 🐾

Alternatively, there is always the Artificial Grass field for cleaner fun.

☀️ DOGGY DAYCARE OPEN TOMORROW! 🐾

As many of you know, we made the decision to close Doggy Daycare on Wednesday and Thursday due to the extreme temperatures.

These decisions are never taken lightly. The safety and wellbeing of the dogs in our care will always come first, and when making decisions around extreme weather we also seek second opinions from vets who are friends and/or customers of Four Paws Inn.

With temperatures reaching 30°C+ for large portions of the day, we simply didn’t feel it was safe or responsible to have dogs running around, playing and exercising as they normally would with us.

Thankfully, it’s cooling down significantly from tomorrow onwards! 🙌

So… if your dog has been going stir crazy at home for the last couple of days and could do with a good blast to burn off some energy before the weekend… we have some availability for Doggy Daycare tomorrow! 🐶💨

Spaces are limited and we expect them to fill quickly, so be quick if you’d like one!

🐾 Good evening, Four Paws Inn family!

A new week begins tomorrow and at the moment we have good availability across the week — so if you've been meaning to book in, now is a great time.

A mixed week weather-wise is forecast here in North Wales, but as any of our regulars will tell you — the dogs couldn't care less. A bit of welcome rain just means the streams are running beautifully and the fields smell even better. 🌧️

Whatever the sky decides to do, the standard here doesn't change. Every dog arrives by tracked taxi, settles into their carefully matched play group, and spends their day in a facility that's been purpose-built and lovingly maintained over ten years — fields, streams, lake, sensory areas, activity zones, day lounges and a team that is always present and always passionate about what they do.

Rain or shine, this is a great week to be a dog at Four Paws Inn. 🐾

We'd love to see some new faces this week alongside our wonderful regulars. First visit is completely FREE — so there's never been a better time to come and see what we're all about.
