Found in forests, grasslands, and tropical regions around the world, centipedes are fierce predators known for their long segmented bodies and numerous legs.

Despite their small size, they are skilled hunters that feed on insects, spiders, and other tiny creatures. Their speed and venomous front claws help them catch prey quickly.

Centipedes prefer dark, damp places such as under rocks, logs, and leaf litter, where they stay hidden during the day.
