Tucker (white) is young and is yet to learn the intricacies of dog body language. Blake (golden)is clearly feeling uncomfortable at this interaction but tucker just isn’t getting it. I give him time to process the situation without Blake becoming more uncomfortable before stepping in and breaking the exchange. Both dogs carried on happily after and both will have taken something from the exchange, not least that I’m there as their leader, I’ve got their backs but I won’t allow unbalanced interactions.

When housesitting I’m always happy to do little extras such as putting out the bins or in this case watering plastic flowers through the heatwave 😂😂😂
