🎃👻 DORA’S HOWL-O-WEEN DOGGY DAYCARE! 👻🎃

For the first time, we’re thinking of opening our doors on Halloween Saturday for a very special spooky daycare! 🐾

Heading out trick-or-treating with the kids? Going out for Halloween? Or does your dog find the constant knocking, doorbells and scary costumes a bit too much? Leave them with us for their own Halloween fun instead! 🧡

📅 Saturday 31st October
🕛 12pm–8pm
🎃 Drop-off between 12pm–2pm
💷 £40 per dog

Their Howl-O-Ween will include:

🎃 Halloween games
📸 Spooky photoshoot
🏆 Fancy dress competition
🧙 Witches’ Cauldron Feast – a homemade dog-friendly turkey & veggie stew
🧁 Pupcakes
🎁 Trick-or-treat goodie bag to take home

Costumes are completely optional, and if your dog normally has their evening meal during these hours, you're welcome to bring their usual food along too.

👻 LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE!

As this is a special weekend opening, we will need a minimum number of bookings for the event to go ahead. So for now we’re taking expressions of interest to see if we can make our first Dora’s Howl-O-Ween happen! 🎃🐶

This is open to existing/trialled Dora’s dogs who are suitable for group daycare. Please let us know about any allergies or intolerances when booking.

If you’d like your dog to join us, send us a message to reserve their space! 🧡🖤

Just two little baby girls hanging out 🥹😂

Gracie welcomed our newbie in today - Quinn the English Mastiff.

The best bit? They’re BOTH 4 months old 😭

I don't know why, but the smallest dog always always has to be besties with the biggest 🙈😂

Today is Billy’s last day with us at Dora’s 🥹🐾

After 4 whole years of coming to us since he was just a puppy, Billy is off to a new daycare!

He’s been such a good boy and such a lovely part of the Dora’s gang over the years. We’re going to miss his little face lots! 🥺❤️

We’re wishing Billy all the luck at his new school, although we already know he’s going to absolutely love it and make plenty of new friends! 🐶✨

Good luck, Bill! We’ll miss seeing you face each week! 💙🐾

Have a lovely Monday everyone! 🤍

A little bit of training for my pup, Gracie today. And it looks like I have some helpers 🤣

Skye, Hugo & Yellow heard the assignment and decided to become unpaid teaching assistants 😂

“No Gracie… like THIS. Look. We’re literally all doing it"

🎉🐾 OUR FIRST PRIVATE PAWTY! 🐾🎉

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting our first private hire doggy pawty at Dora’s this weekend, celebrating the gorgeous Alfie! 🥳🐶🎂

Safe to say, the pawty pups had a VERY good time! 😂🐾

We’ve been working on something exciting… and after our first pawty was such a success, we might just have some exciting news coming very soon for anyone wanting to throw their pup a pawty of their own! 👀🎈

Keep your eyes peeled… 👀🐾🎉

And a huge thank you to Alfie’s family for choosing Dora’s for his special day — and for sending us these gorgeous photos! 🥹💛

Hi! 🐾 Just a little heads-up about a change to our payment policy from September.

For anyone who chooses to pay by bank transfer, payment will need to be made within 24 hours of your dog’s booking. Any payments not received within this time will have a £5 late payment fee added.

Unfortunately, I’m spending more and more time checking through payments and chasing outstanding balances, which often ends up eating into my evenings and weekends. As I’m sure you can appreciate, I’d really like to keep my time outside of daycare as my own rather than spending it chasing payments! 😂

If remembering to bank transfer is a pain, we do also have pre-payment packages available, or you’re more than welcome to pay by card when picking up, which might make things a little easier.

I really appreciate everyone’s understanding. It’s just a small change to help me keep the admin manageable and my weekends slightly less… admin-y! 🐾
