As a few of you have noticed replies have been slower over the past few days. What should have been a simple phone change decided to be really difficult ๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ
After noticing an unknown account was attached to both my personal and business Instagram accounts, I had to begin the wonderful task of making sure everything was secure and locked down. ๐ An investigation has also been started to look into this.
Please remain vigilant on both Facebook and Instagram. If messages don't 'sound' right or like they are from myself please ignore them, don't click any links etc. If you could screenshot it and send it to the salon phone on 07947 839327 that would be a great help.
I would never ask clients to send money for any reason either, as you all know payment is only expected after your dog has been groomed.
I am not willing to take any chances after being hacked previously and losing everything, hopefully this is all resolved soon. Though at this point it does not look like anything has been compromised or effected. ๐ค
I will be replying to any messages received shortly. Feel free to ask a question only I'd know the answer to, your dogs info, last appointment, how payment is usually received, dogs quirks, service usually given etc.
