This morning I mentioned making a Mexican river biotope in our display tank.

Here's a few pictures of the Rio teuchitlan in central Mexico, home to several Goodeid species, mollies, swordtails and lots of invasive Tilapia!

Im thinking Firemouth cichlids as the main display and a good sized group of wild looking swordtails.

Any suggestions from you?

The glowlight danio is a gorgeous fish from Myanmar, it is a bright orange with yellow and red highlights and one of the brightest Danio species.

The red tailed black shark could be described as errr.... uptight.. Any other descriptions you can think of?
