🌟 Meet the Team Monday – Say Hello to Rob! 🌟

This Monday, we’d like to introduce you to Rob, one of the friendly faces you’ll see on reception at our Stafford branch every Monday to Wednesday.

Rob joined the practice around 2½ years ago and has become a valued member of our team. With many years of experience working in the veterinary industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and always goes above and beyond to support both our clients and their beloved pets.

If you’ve visited our Stafford practice, there’s a good chance you’ve had one of Rob’s warm and friendly conversations. He loves getting to know our clients and helping to make every visit as welcoming and stress-free as possible. Whether he’s answering questions, offering reassurance, or simply greeting you with a smile, Rob is always happy to help.

When he’s not at work, Rob enjoys spending quality time with his two lovely Jack Russell cross dogs, Florence and Roland, as well as his beautiful horses, Sky and Joe. He also loves travelling with his partner and going to see live music whenever he gets the chance.

We’re so lucky to have Rob as part of our team, and we’re sure you’ll agree he helps make our Stafford practice such a friendly place to visit. If you see him next time you’re in, don’t forget to say hello! 💙🐾

This morning, an entire male, deceased black cat was sadly found left outside our veterinary practice.

If you recognise him, believe you may know where he came from, or have any information whatsoever, please contact the practice as soon as possible.

We understand that this may be an incredibly difficult situation, but any information, no matter how small, could help us piece together what happened and hopefully give this beautiful boy the answers and dignity he deserves. 🖤🐾

We have had a stray ragdoll female that has been brought into us by a member of the public found in Rugeley. She is lynx-point in colour (cream and lynx face) and we also believe her to be pregnant. She is chipped but the ownership details have not been updated. If you are the owner or you may know who owns the cat could you please contact the Rugeley practice on 01889 582023.

🐾 Meet the Team Monday – Aimee, RVN 🐾

This week we’re delighted to introduce our wonderful Aimee! 💙

Aimee works exclusively at our Rugeley branch and has been part of our practice family for almost three years. In that time, she has become an incredibly valued member of the team and someone both our colleagues and clients absolutely adore.

Not only is Aimee a fantastic Registered Veterinary Nurse, but she is also quite possibly one of the funniest people you will ever meet! Her sense of humour keeps the team smiling even on the busiest of days, and she brings such a positive and uplifting energy to the practice.

Behind the laughter is an exceptionally caring and dedicated nurse who always goes above and beyond to ensure our patients receive the very best care possible. Aimee takes great pride in her work and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient care, hygiene, and client support at all times. Her compassion and attention to detail make a real difference to every animal that comes through our doors.

Many of our clients know Aimee for her bubbly, friendly personality. She has a wonderful way of putting both pets and their owners at ease, making visits to the practice a much more positive and reassuring experience. Her warmth and enthusiasm are truly infectious, and she is always happy to help with a smile on her face.

In addition to caring for our patients, Aimee also has a very special responsibility within the practice — she is the dedicated carer of our lovely fish and reception fish tank! 🐠💙 Thanks to Aimee, our aquatic residents are always beautifully looked after and provide a calming welcome for everyone who visits the branch.

Outside of work, Aimee is a proud mum to her lovely little boy, who keeps her very busy! She also has a gorgeous dog called Leo, and she loves spending quality time with him, especially getting out for walks and enjoying the fresh air together.

Thank you, Aimee, for your hard work, kindness, endless positivity, and for always bringing so much laughter and joy to the Rugeley team. We are incredibly lucky to have such a compassionate, dedicated, and fun-loving nurse as part of our practice family! 💙🐶🐠

🐾 Meet the Team Monday – Rachael, RVN 🐾

This week we’re shining the spotlight on our fantastic Registered Veterinary Nurse, Rachael! 💙

Based primarily at our Rugeley branch, Rachael has been an invaluable member of our team for the past three years, and we honestly don’t know what we’d do without her. She truly is one of the people who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, and her hard work, dedication, and passion never go unnoticed.

Rachael consistently goes above and beyond in her role, always putting the needs of our patients and clients first. Whether it’s finding new and innovative ways to improve patient care, streamlining processes to provide the best possible client experience, or simply being there to support her colleagues, she gives 100% every single day.

As well as being an exceptional nurse, Rachael is also one of our Clinical Coaches, helping to mentor and inspire the next generation of veterinary nurses. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and supporting our student nurses as they develop their skills and confidence, playing a huge part in shaping the future of the profession.

Never one to stop learning, Rachael is currently studying towards a Certificate in Canine Mobility, further expanding her knowledge to help improve the quality of life and wellbeing of our canine patients.

When she’s not at work, Rachael loves spending time outdoors with her beautiful Cocker Spaniel, Holly, and relaxing at home with her gorgeous cat, Delilah. She’s also a keen Leeds United supporter and enjoys unwinding with a good dose of reality television after a busy day at the practice!

Thank you, Rachael, for everything you do. Your kindness, dedication, enthusiasm, and commitment to providing outstanding care make such a difference to our team, our clients, and, most importantly, our patients. We’re incredibly lucky to have you as part of the practice family! 💙🐶🐱
