Mojo and Storm would like to remind people that it's a Bank Holiday Monday!
Please make sure that you've sufficient medications or prescription food for the weekend and to call before 5pm Wednesday to order for collection on Friday or Saturday.
We will be closed Monday back to normal service at 8.30 Tuesday Morning.
Our Emergency Service will be available as always.

Hi, my name is Maddie.
I am currently studying to become a Veterinary Care Assistant and have been developing my knowledge and skills in this field for the past eight months.

I am aiming towards becoming a registered veterinary nurse in a few years time.
I am particularly interested in continuing to build my confidence within a clinical environment, learning from experienced professionals, and expanding my practical skills.

In my spare time, I enjoy going on weekend trips away with my partner Jake, spending time with friends and family, spending lots of money and caring for my own animals, my dog Mabel and my cat Monty.

Hi, my name is Jordan!
I have been in practice since leaving school (2017) and have worked my way up from a kennel nurse student to qualifying in March 2024 as a Registered Veterinary Nurse, I recently moved to this practice this year! Hi, I’m Sam 👋

I’ve been a veterinary nurse at Number 1 Vets for nearly 15 years, and I still genuinely love what I do. I enjoy all areas of nursing, but anaesthesia is definitely my favourite 🐾 I also hold additional qualifications in anaesthesia and dermatology, and I’m currently studying for a Clinical Canine Behaviour Diploma—always looking to learn more and improve the care I give.

When I’m not at work, life is just as busy with my family and my four dogs, who definitely keep me on my toes and remind me every day why I love this job ❤️
